Un progetto per i bambini: " SCUOLA DI PACE "
GIRO, GIRO... MONDO !
Per un'educazione
al crescere insieme, al rispetto dell'uomo e dell'ambiente,
alla tolleranza, alla civile convivenza
e sviluppo di razze,
culture e religioni diverse.
La BICICLETTA quale contributo alla Pace sulle strade di 'tutti i giorni'
del nostro pianeta.
Dal 1983 sono stato tra i promotori
e animatori del progetto 'Attività motorie' (divenuto poi 'Gioco-sport')
nella scuola elementare.
Anche la nomina a 'Console Onorario dello Sport', da parte del Comune
di Sesto Fiorentino nel 1997, ha avuto principalmente lo scopo di rendermi promotore
di una cultura nello sport, inteso non tanto come occasione agonistica ma come
contributo alla crescita.
Il progetto 'GIRO, GIRO... MONDO!'
è il tentativo di trasmettere la
mia esperienza di sport, di mondo e di vita con la bicicletta (e non solo...)
Sviluppo:
a) presentazione in scuole e classi interessate attraverso
materiali vari quali articoli, documentazioni, registrazioni (RAI-Mediaset-etc.);
b) proiezione di un documentario in diapositive e/o video, con osservazioni,
domande e discussione;
c) elaborazione di spunti suggeriti da proiezione e 'dopo proiezione' attraverso
il disegno, la scrittura e vari altri lavori manuali;
d) valutazione del materiale ottenuto e possibile realizzazione ed allestimento
di mostra e/o pubblicazioni;
e) il nostro mondo, verifica pratica in esterno (con o senza bicicletta) con
evoluzione del programma in EDUCAZIONE STRADALE e CIVICA
Strumenti: 
- diapositive, video-cassette
- musiche
- pagine dai diari di viaggio o da riviste e quotidiani
- 'ricordi' in oggetti, carte e mappe, materiali vari
- biciclette e segnaletica
Metodologia: da concordare con scuole ed insegnanti.
- Al termine di ogni ciclo di
sviluppo del progetto verranno rilasciati ai bambini partecipanti attestati-diplomi
di partecipazione personalizzati al "livello" raggiunto
(I°-II°-III°-IV°-V°-
"over")
- Alla SCUOLA che avrà aderito la "Bandiera" SCUOLA
di PACE
Autentica parte 'essenziale' del progetto è costituita dall'apporto diretto con immagini, suoni e musiche che, per la scuola elementare , vede suggerita la seguente programmazione:

("Sulle acque dell'Himalaya")
un video in cui attraverso musiche ed immagini, grazie
anche alla mia bicicletta acquatica, si ha una visione anche un po' magica di
culture, religioni, modi di vita 'diversi'.
Tema: UGUAGLIANZA nelle DIVERSITA';
- classi di IIa)
OCEANI
da Buenos Aires a Santiago del Cile con diapositive
ed il contributo di Alfredo Martini.
Attraverso gli 'oceani' (Atlantico e Pacifico) che stavo unendo nella traversata
dell'America del Sud, gli 'oceani' della vita, dello stare insieme, i bambini,
la festa, i grandi, la guerra.

con diapositive, in una rapida 'ciclocavalcata' per
alcune strade e sentieri di tutto il mondo ed in particolare di Australia e

A plan for the school:
TURN, TURN... WORLD!

For an education to growing with, to the respect of the man and the atmosphere, to the tolerance, to the civil cohabitation and development of races, various cultures and religions. The BICYCLE as contribution to the Peace on the roads of ' all the days ' of our planet.
From the year 1983
I have been between the builder of the plan ' Activity ' (become then ' Play-sport
') in the elementary school. Also the nomination to ' Honorary Consul of the
Sport', from part of the Common of Sesto Fiorentino in 1997, it has above all
had the scope to render me testimonial of one culture in the sport, meant not
as well as like match occasion but like contribution to the increase.
The plan ' TURN, TURN... WORLD!' it is the attempt to transmit my experience
of sport, world and life with the bicycle (and not only...)
Development:
a) presentation in schools and classes interested through materials several
which articles, documentations, recordings (TV and media: RAI-Mediaset-etc.);
b) projection of a documentary in slides and/or video, with observations, questions
and argument;
c) elaboration of cues suggested from meeting and projection through the design,
the writing and varies other unskilled labors;
d) appraisal of material the obtained and possible realization and preparation
of extension and/or banns;
e) our world, practical verification in outside (with or without bicycle) with
evolution of the program in STREET and CIVIC EDUCATION .

- pages from per diem of travel or reviews and the daily paper
- ' souvenir ' in objects, papers and maps, materials several
- bicycles and identifying
Methodology: to agree with teaching schools.
Very important part of the plan is constituted from the contribution directed with images, sounds and musics that, for the elementary school, it sees suggested the following programming:
- classes 1st) LAKES
of the MACHHAPUCHHRE
(" On waters of the Himalayas ")
a video in which through musics and images, thanks also to my aquatic bicycle,
one is had vision also a little magical of cultures, religions, ' various '
ways of life.
